When you enroll in a program or purchase a service, you are making an offer to engage. Nomad Advisory reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment at its discretion. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received and acceptance is confirmed. Please review your selection carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be accommodated after enrollment is accepted.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You represent that your purchase is for your own personal or business development use and not for resale or redistribution.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, as confirmed in your receipt. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or fees.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to promptly update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored.

Section 5 – Delivery of Services

Coaching sessions, consulting deliverables, and digital resources will be delivered according to the timeline outlined in your program details. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Once digital materials are delivered or access is granted, risk of access issues related to your own devices or accounts passes to you.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs — including frameworks, training materials, videos, written guides, templates, and methodologies — is owned by Nomad Advisory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are licensed to use our materials for your own personal business development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nomad Advisory.

Please note that this website is built on Shopify solely for communication and content management purposes. Shopify does not process any payments or handle any transactions on behalf of Nomad Advisory. All payments for our coaching and consulting services are processed securely through Stripe via manual invoices sent directly to you. By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, which can be reviewed at stripe.com/legal.
