Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Nomad Advisory, we're committed to delivering real value through our coaching and consulting services. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to make our policy as clear and fair as possible.
30-Day Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on any of our programs or services. To be eligible, the request must be submitted within this window and you must not have completed or consumed the full scope of the deliverable (e.g., a completed strategy session, fully delivered consulting engagement, or downloaded digital resources). Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
To initiate a refund, reach out to us at support@nomadadvisoryllc.com and we'll guide you through the process. Please do not dispute charges with your bank before contacting us — we're happy to make things right directly.
Damages and Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing any of our digital materials or platforms, or if there's a discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, contact us immediately at support@nomadadvisoryllc.com. We take service quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve any problems.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds, including completed one-on-one consulting sessions, custom strategy deliverables, and any services sold at a discounted or promotional rate. Gift cards and bundled programs that have been partially used are also non-refundable. If you're unsure about your specific situation, just reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Transfers & Exchanges
If you'd like to switch from one program or service to another, the fastest path is to request a refund on your current purchase (if eligible) and re-enroll in the desired offering separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification, provided the service has not yet been fully rendered or the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we've reviewed your refund request, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, contact us at support@nomadadvisoryllc.com.
All payments for Nomad Advisory's programs and services are processed through Stripe via manual invoice. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method on file with Stripe and are subject to Stripe's standard processing timelines, which may vary. Nomad Advisory does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.
